Information on strikes IN FRANCE |

Biofit should not be impacted by the current industrial action in France. Unions have not called for demonstrations and strikes on the 26 or 27th.
If there is action on the 28th, international travel (air, Eurostar, Thalys) is not expected to be affected.

Information concerning the SNCF (French railways): contact your travel agency or call 08 36 35 35 35 from France. TGV high speed trains (TGV Northern Europe, Thalys and Eurostar) stop at "Lille Europe" station, just 10 minutes walk from Lille Grand Palais. Other trains stop at "Lille Flandres" station, also 10 minutes walk from Lille Grand Palais.

By car
• If you are coming from Paris (on the A1 motorway), Tournai, Mons, Brussels (on the A27 motorway), Valenciennes (on the A23 motorway): Leave the motorway by taking the 2nd exit, then follow the lane marked 2a which leads to Lille Grand Palais.
• If you are coming from Dunkerque, Bailleul, Calais, Boulogne (on the A25 motorway): Leave the motorway by taking the 1st exit – be careful, the exit is on your left – and then follow the lane marked 2a, which leads to Lille Grand Palais.

A 10 minutes taxi ride away from Lille city centre
Lille train station – Airport Shuttle. 18 return trips daily on week days. Shuttle hotline: 03.20.90.79.79
Single fare: 4.60 euro
The Shuttle brings you in the city centre, in front of Lille Europe railway station.
A shuttle bus service
Will run between the official hotels located outside the city centre and Lille Grand Palais, morning and evening, on both days of the event. Shuttle times will be displayed at your hotel.
Delegates staying in the city centre should make their own way to the event location or use Lille's public transport.
Public transport
A tramway links Lille to Roubaix and Tourcoing.
Lille Grand Palais subway station is close to the event location.
