BADGE
If not already done, you have to register who will attend the event with the pass(es) included in your stand package. Please click here to register the participant.
The conference name badge is sent by email a few days before the event.
For security reasons, your conference name badge must be worn at all times during the event.
INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING SCHEDULE
To set-up your stand:
> 11th December, 2023 from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm
> 12th December, 2023 from 7.00 am to 8.30 am
To take down your stand:
> At the end of the event on 13th December, 2023 from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm.
For safety reasons, stands may not be partially or completely cleared before the official dismantling period which begins at 6.00 pm on 13th December.
DELIVERY BAY ACCESS & CAR PARK
During the setting up and the dismantling periods, the entrance and the parking are free for loading and unloading goods.
The gate A is opened on request with the intercom available at the gate.
During the 2 days of BioFIT , you can park your car in the parking next to the exhibition hall.
Price : 6€ / day
Payment at the entrance by credit card only
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Pay attention : packages mailed using La Poste services aren’t delivered at Marseille Chanot . La Poste will leave a delivery notice and you will have to go to the nearest post office (St Giniez or Bonneveine).
Delivery and return of parcels are at the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Parc Chanot and the organiser shall not be held liable in regards to this.
You have 2 solutions to send your materials to BioFIT. Please mind that those informations only apply on EU or cleared parcels.

We advise you to use the services of CLAMAGERAN to send your parcels.

Delivery days: 8 and 11 December
Delivery times: from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

You need to indicate your name or a collegue’s name on parcel. No parcels addressed to a Marseille Chanot’s employee or to the organiser will be received.
Our official carrier Clamageran will deliver your parcels to your stand (this service is provided by BioFIT).
The Clamageran warehouse is located on the same site as BioFIT, which is why you should always use this address
RETURN OF YOUR PARCELS
For the return of your parcels, they can be left on your stand.
Clamageran will collect them and make them available to your carrier.
However, please follow these instructions for returns:
- Pack your parcels and affix your transport labels.
- Schedule your transport on the following dates and times:
- 13 December from 6.00 to 8.00 p.m.
- 14 December from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Neither Parc Chanot nor the organiser can contact your transporter on your behalf.
You must ensure that your equipment is repackaged and labelled.
PARC CHANOT and/or the organiser cannot be held responsible in any way for the disappearance or destruction of any equipment left after the event.
You must also check that your parcel has been invoiced and paid for by your carrier before requesting the return of your parcel, both for transport and customs clearance, if applicable.
