BADGE

If not already done, you have to register who will attend the event with the pass(es) included in your stand package. Please click here to register the participant.

The conference name badge is sent by email a few days before the event.
For security reasons, your conference name badge must be worn at all times during the event.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING SCHEDULE

To set-up your stand:
> 9^th December, 2026 from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm
> 10^th December, 2026 from 7.00 am to 9.00 am

To take down your stand:
> At the end of the event on 11^th December, 2026 from 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm.
For safety reasons, stands may not be partially or completely cleared before the official dismantling period which begins at 5.30 pm on 11^th December.

DELIVERY BAY ACCESS & CAR PARK

During the setting up and the dismantling periods, the entrance and the parking are free for loading and unloading goods.
The gate A is opened on request with the intercom available at the gate.
During the 2 days of BioFIT , you can park your car in the parking next to the exhibition hall.
Price : 7€ / day
Payment at the entrance by credit card only

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note: Parcels sent via La Poste are not delivered directly to Marseille Chanot. A delivery notice will be left, and you will need to collect your parcel from the nearest post office (Saint-Giniez or Bonneveine).

The delivery and return of parcels are entirely the exhibitor’s responsibility. Neither Parc Chanot nor the event organiser can be held liable in this regard.

You have two options for sending your materials to BioFIT. Please note that the following information applies only to shipments within the EU or already customs-cleared.

We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.

Option 1: The simplest and most reliable solution – Official carrier CLAMAGERAN

We strongly recommend using the services of our official carrier, CLAMAGERAN, for the shipment of your parcels.

About the return of your parcels in this case ?
You may also request CLAMAGERAN to handle the return of your parcels. They will collect them directly from your stand at the end of the event and arrange their shipment.

Option 2: Express courier services (TNT, DHL, etc.) or your own carrier

About the return of your parcels in this case ?
The exhibition area does not provide storage for exhibitors’ parcels. We kindly ask you to arrange for your packages to be collected at the end of the event on December 11, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

DRIVING IN MARSEILLE

The air quality certificate applies to all road vehicles: two wheel, three wheel, quadricycles, cars, vans and heavy goods vehicles, including buses and coaches. The certificate is valid throughout the territory, but each town can choose incentives and restrictions (traffic, parking, etc.) as well as the categories of vehicle that apply, depending on the local conditions. The certificate is mandatory for driving in limited traffic zones established by certain towns or for driving when the Prefect implements traffic restrictions during pollution peaks.
