What is the difference between a “full pass” and a “visitor pass”?
Full pass
The “full pass” gives access to all the activities of the event:
- the partnering platform to schedule one-on-one meetings with the other participants
- the conference sessions
- the events hosted by BioFIT
- the pitch competitions (Start-up Slams, Collaborative and Licensing Opportunity Presentations, Animal Health Presentations)
- the exhibition area
- the networking lunches
- the networking evening (on the 1st day of the event)
Each participant with a full pass has his/her own schedule of meetings.
Visitor pass
The “visitor pass” gives access to all the activities listed above, except the partnering platform to schedule one-on-one meetings with the other participants.
Please note that a “visitor pass” holder may accompany or replace a “full pass” holder during meetings. However, the “visitor pass” holder will not have an account on the partnering platform, so no scheduled meetings.
How can I get a visa invitation letter?
We do not issue invitation letters but can provide a letter of confirmation of your registration. Please note that only registered delegates who have paid their registration fee can request a letter of confirmation. Once registered, please contact production@eurasante.com to request your letter.
Business convention (for “full pass” holders)
When does the partnering platform open?
The partnering platform opens a few weeks before the event (3 weeks at the latest). As soon as it is open, you will receive an email with your login information and will be able to start planning your meeting. You will have access to the other participants’ profiles to select the organisations you would like to meet during the event to send them meeting requests.
I have just registered and have not received my personal ID and password for the partnering platform, what should I do?
Your login information to access to the partnering platform (not included with visitor passes) will be sent to you by email as soon as the platform is open, and within 48h of your registration.
If you haven’t received the email (incl. in your spam folder), please contact us and we will be happy to send it to you again.
I would like to attend some of the conference sessions; how can I make sure meetings aren’t scheduled during these sessions?
To ensure that no meetings are scheduled during conference sessions you wish to attend, you can either add the session to your agenda or simply indicate the timeslots during which you will not be available for meetings. The system will only take the timeslots indicated as available to schedule meetings.
Can several participants from my organisation attend the same meeting?
It is possible to select several participants (full pass holders) from the same organisation when planning a meeting. Once you have confirmed the meeting, you can select all the participants from your company who will attend.
How long are the scheduled meetings? / How many meetings can I schedule during the event?
Scheduled meetings last 30 minutes. The number of meetings being scheduled will depend on breaks you wish to take, conference sessions you wish to attend, the availabilities of the attendee(s) in the meeting.
Will I have access to an agenda with my scheduled meetings?
Yes, your meeting schedule will be available on the partnering platform in the “Calendar” section, including the time, location, and the name and position of the attendee(s) you are meeting. This makes it easy to prepare in advance.
Can I access the contact information of BioFIT participants?
If you are a “full pass” holder, you can access the contact details of participants who agreed to share their information on the partnering platform on their profile.
You can also access general company information in the “Profile” section.
Can I send meeting requests to MedFIT participants also?
If you have register with a full pass for BioFIT + MedFIT, you will have the possibility to access both platforms (separate ones) and schedule meetings with BioFIT as well as MedFIT participants.
If you want to upgrade your pass to get access to both BioFIT and MedFIT attendees on the platform, please contact us.

Can I access all conference sessions with my pass?
All passes include access to both the conference sessions and the exhibition area. However, if you’d like to participate in one-on-one meetings, you need to register with a “full pass” (visitor passes do not include access to the partnering platform).
Will the conference sessions be translated into French?

When will the conference programme be available?
