Spectralys Biotech, a spin-off from the University of Brussels, provides analytical services for structural characterization of biopharmaceuticals. We leverage expertise in infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), atomic-force microscopy coupled with infrared (AFM-IR), circular dichroism, and hydrogen-deuterium exchange monitored by mass spectrometry (HDX-MS). FTIR enables analysis of higher-order structures in proteins and nucleic acids, while HDX-MS is powerful for applications such as epitope mapping.
