Helene Peyro-Saint-Paul graduated from Toulouse University Medical School where she trained as a neurologist and neurogeneticist and completed a 2-year junior faculty/chief residency. She holds an Executive MBA (ESSEC, Paris, France).

Over more than 20 years in executive positions in leading Pharma and Medical Device/IVD companies, Helene has built a significant track record in the international clinical development, product positioning, regulatory approval of innovative drugs and devices (incl. the FDA approval of an MS drug and the 510k de novo authorization of a molecular diagnostic test for leukemia).

In corporate Medical Affairs and C-suite corporate positions at Serono, Actelion, Ipsogen, QIAGEN and HalioDx, Helene has also developed a solid strategic expertise in corporate development, portfolio and licensing management, product launch and market access.

Her fields of medical expertise are neurology, oncology, rare diseases and genomics.

Helene Peyro-Saint-Paul cofounded HalioDx, and is currently cofounder and partner at LallianSe Entrepreneurs, a network of senior experts and managers who support innovative healthcare startups and scale-ups in building and executing their strategic blueprint and developing their operations. Helene serves on the Strategic Board for 2 health-tech start-ups.
