BADGE
If not already done, you have to register who will attend the event with the pass(es) included in your stand package. Please click here to register the participant.
The conference name badge is sent by email a few days before the event.
For security reasons, your conference name badge must be worn at all times during the event.
INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING SCHEDULE
To set-up your stand:
> 1st December, 2025 from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm
> 2nd December, 2025 from 7.00 am to 8.30 am

To take down your stand:
> At the end of the event on 3rd December, 2025 from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
For safety reasons, stands may not be partially or completely cleared before the official dismantling period which begins at 6.00 pm on 3rd December.
DELIVERY BAY ACCESS & CAR PARK
> On 1st and 2nd December (during the set-up period only), you may use the delivery car park located on Rue Fritz Kieffer, 67000 Strasbourg.
> During the event itself, on December 2nd and 3rd , please use the paid parking facilities at the Congress Centre.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note that the exhibition area does not allow for the storage of exhibitors’ parcels.
Therefore, all deliveries must be made in the presence of the organiser and/or the exhibitors themselves.
We kindly ask you to arrange for your packages to be delivered directly to your stand on 1 December, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
For coordination on-site, you may contact Mrs. Alicia Rosati at +33 6 65 95 08 88.
Please also ensure that all packages are collected at the end of the event, on 3 December, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

It is IMPERATIVE that we can identify each parcel. Any parcel that cannot be identified will be rejected. Delivery and return of parcels are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Strasbourg Evenements and the organizer shall not be held liable in regards to this.
