[#BioFIT2023 Media Partner] We’re excited to be partnering with Mediaplanet who are running an ‘Innovations in Patient Care’ campaign which will be launching in December in the Guardian newspaper and online. 📰

The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness for chronic conditions including diabetes, asthma, COPD, kidney and cardiovascular health issues. The campaign will look at the importance of long-term, patient-centred care plans for those living with these conditions; reducing health inequalities; and the importance of cross-sector collaboration and investment in helping improve treatments and patient pathways.
