University of Birmingham Enterprise Dr Ewa G Truchanowicz is the Life Sciences Lead at the West Midlands Growth Company and Business Engagement Manager for the University of Birmingham Enterprise.

She is the first point of contact for specialist queries from the UK Department for International Trade and other organisations searching for resources required for commercial and technological growth of Life Sciences companies in the West Midlands.
Ewa eases the journey for the companies through brokering introductions relevant to their needs. These include experts, specialist facilities, premises, pertinent businesses, networks and associations, and investors.
Ewa is a director of a medical device start-up company and is experienced in phase II and III pharmaceutical trials. She has publications in cognitive psychology, reproductive health and cardiovascular sciences.
